What is Health Coaching anyway and why do I want to do it?
As your Health Coach, I will allow you to assess and define your health concerns and set health goals in a safe, non-judgemental space. During our sessions we will:
Identify and implement your health and lifestyle goals through behavioural changes.
Learn about inflammatory foods and find out which are not serving you through an elimination program.
Learn how to achieve your ideal weight and maintain it for good.
Work on time management and stress reduction to achieve balance in your life.
Work on the digestive issues that have been giving you grief for so long
Gain confidence and sparkle.
Work on improving your personal relationships (yes, this affects your health!)
The skinny on the 6 month program:
A 30 Day Elimination program to find out which inflammatory foods are not serving you.
2 x 60 minute coaching sessions per month via phone or video call.
SMS/Email support in between sessions.
Handouts, meal plans, recipes with each session.
