What is Health Coaching anyway and why do I want to do it?


As your Health Coach, I will allow you to assess and define your health concerns and set health goals in a safe, non-judgemental space. During our sessions we will:

  • Identify and implement your health and lifestyle goals through behavioural changes.

  • Learn about inflammatory foods and find out which are not serving you through an elimination program.

  • Learn how to achieve your ideal weight and maintain it for good.

  • Work on time management and stress reduction to achieve balance in your life.

  • Work on the digestive issues that have been giving you grief for so long

  • Gain confidence and sparkle.

  • Work on improving your personal relationships (yes, this affects your health!)


The skinny on the 6 month program:

  • A 30 Day Elimination program to find out which inflammatory foods are not serving you.

  • 2 x 60 minute coaching sessions per month via phone or video call.

  • SMS/Email support in between sessions.

  • Handouts, meal plans, recipes with each session.

  • My full commitment to your health and success.
